The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Southwest, led by Comr. Owolewa Taiwo, commends the management of FUOYE for embracing this innovative project. The initiative will greatly benefit students by providing strong and easy access to the internet, which has become a vital tool in modern education. In today’s world, where the internet plays a crucial role in education, such an initiative is a welcomed advancement.

NANS Southwest also expresses profound appreciation to the ever-diligent and hardworking Vice Chancellor of FUOYE, Professor Abayomi Sunday Fasina, for his visionary leadership and commitment to innovation. His dedication to ensuring the implementation of FIDS and other projects that enhance the student experience at FUOYE speaks volumes about his determination to serve the academic community. Professor Fasina remains a highly recognized and respected figure among Nigerian students for his continuous efforts to improve the educational environment.

The management of Ekiti State University (EKSU), led by Vice Chancellor Prof. Joseph Babatola Ayodele, and the management of Bamidele Olomilua University of Education, Science and Technology (BOUESTI), led by Vice Chancellor Prof. Olufemi Victor, visited FUOYE today to inspect the FIDS project. NANS Southwest urges the Ekiti State government, as well as other state governments in the Southwest, to consider implementing similar innovative projects in their respective public universities to further improve the quality of education and provide students with the tools they need to succeed.

The Coordinator extends a special shout-out and appreciation to Prince Ilara Idowu for his role in introducing such a transformative project at FUOYE. His dedication to improving the educational infrastructure is highly commendable.
