Comrade Ajadi Extends Gratitude to NANS Southwest, Student Bodies, and Stakeholders for Support in Federal Polytechnic Ede Reinstatement

Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun State — Comrade Hamzat Wasiu Ajadi, representing the affected students of the Federal Polytechnic Ede, has expressed profound gratitude to a broad range of organizations, student bodies, and stakeholders for their solidarity and support in the fight for leniency and the reinstatement of the Students’ Union Government.


Comrade Ajadi began by thanking the Governing Council of the Federal Polytechnic Ede, led by Prof. Taiwo A. Olaleye, Esq, and the Rector, Dr. Sanni Man Yayah, for their willingness to reconsider actions that affected the students' academic future.


"We deeply appreciate your understanding and readiness to take actions that prioritize the interests and well-being of the students," Ajadi stated. "Your efforts in advocating for justice while showing mercy are commendable."



He further extended his appreciation to the leadership of NANS Southwest Zone D, led by Comrade Alao John; NANS Osun JCC, led by Comrade Ogungbe Taiwo Capito; the NAPS Senate Arm, under Comrade Adeniji Boluwatife Obey; and NAPS Southwest. He also recognized the contributions of all Osun State Students' Union Government (SUG) Presidents, various student bodies, and other key stakeholders.



"Your support was invaluable in shedding light on the injustices faced by the students, and your collective efforts were crucial in achieving this victory," Ajadi emphasized. "We are grateful for your unwavering commitment to our cause."



Special recognition was also given to the Deputy Governor of Osun State, Prince Kola Adewusi, for his steadfast support. "We deeply appreciate your involvement in amplifying our fight for justice and your dedication to the welfare of students throughout the state," Ajadi added.


Comrade Ajadi highlighted the role of the students of Federal Polytechnic Ede, acknowledging their resilience and trust throughout the ordeal. "This victory is a testament to your strength and unity," he declared. "Your belief in our leadership and determination to have your voices heard made all the difference."


He also expressed thanks to all comrades, stakeholders, and well-meaning Nigerians who supported the cause, regardless of how they contributed. "Your support, whether in person or otherwise, was instrumental in ensuring that justice prevailed," he remarked.


Comrade Ajadi concluded with a call to continue working together for a just and equitable environment at Federal Polytechnic Ede. "This victory shows that when a cause is just, it cannot be suppressed," he asserted. "We remain committed to advocating for the rights, dignity, and interests of all students."
